About Me

Kelley Crowley is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University. She holds a background as a Registered Behavior Therapist, where she provided behavioral therapy to children and young adults with autism. In her current role as a Master’s Practicum Student, Kelley is dedicated to supporting clients as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward healing and personal growth.

Kelley’s clinical interests include anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, self-esteem, and PTSD, as well as grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. She is passionate about helping clients build resilience, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop a deeper sense of self-worth, identity, and connection. Kelley works with a wide range of clients, including young adults, neurodiverse individuals, and those navigating major life changes. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to create a personalized and supportive counseling experience for each client. She is deeply committed to fostering a safe, collaborative space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing practical tools to achieve balance, connection, and meaning in life.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Kelley enjoys attending concerts, hiking with her Labrador, Aspen, paddle boarding, and taking scenic drives to the mountains. She also loves spending time with friends playing board games, exploring new TV shows, watching movies, and reading.

Kelley’s strengths include Empathy, Developer, Relator, Responsibility, and Input. She is passionate about personal growth, meaningful connection, and empowering others. Her dedication to fostering supportive relationships and her curiosity about the human experience exemplify her compassion, dependability, and drive to serve others. She hopes to continue growing as a clinician and eventually pursue opportunities to contribute to the mental health field through community outreach and advocacy.

Personal Philosophy

I view counseling as a collaborative journey where growth emerges through connection and trust. I see each individual as inherently resilient, with the capacity to create meaningful change in their lives. As a therapist, my focus is on fostering an environment of warmth and curiosity, where clients can openly reflect on their experiences and uncover new perspectives. I strive to approach our work together with openness, respect for diverse identities, and a commitment to supporting clients as they build the lives they envision.
